so i just became a strip club dj
and its super weird. there are zero actual dj skills required. i think of it more as an MC job than a dj gig. i went from opening for Go Go Bizkitt to opening for the lovely Diamonnnd.
i recommend this type of gig for anything looking for extra cash. i’m a super shy guy; zero mic skills and im doing fine. 100 bucks a night (more than most regular gigs!), the girls tip you and tits in your face. all. night.

Dude… I hope you realize you have the keys to night life heaven right now. I’m not talking about the actual gig either. This is an in to be friendly with a bunch of hot, bubbly, party girls. A friend of mine who used to run a club knew a ton of strippers and they would all go to his afterhours spot. They key to making ANY night go off is starting with a bunch of hot girls. everyone else follows.
I got an offer to DJ at my local strip club to but ive always turned it down for the reasons of no actual djing involved and the lack of me being able to play my syle genre. Was offered $150 a night 7-2am
It sounds fun, but gets old unless you work at a very good club. More than half the girls are fat/ugly (which is hidden by the lights) the other half fuck the owner/manager or are pregnant. If you charge the girls to play the songs they want, you can easy make $300 a night. 15+ girls at a $10 each a night and whatever the club pays you. 7am-4am out here though, and they want you thurs, fri, sat.
Its fun dont get me wrong, but only if your club has a assload of hot girls.

Easiest way to get in good is to be friends with a stripper & they give you a computer and dj rig with all the music to play.

You really can get away with charging the girls? I guess your probably right, the high end young girl place I go to and got the job offer at, all the dancers always complain the DJ never plays good songs or songs that they want to dance to. Im sure they would throw a few bucks to hear good songs. Never thought of that before
