So it's prom on Saturday.

So it’s prom on Saturday.

Hope i’m not going against the rules, they seemed to comprise of three memes so here goes.

Saturday is prom! Seeing as this is a forum full of DJs I’m sure they already know how to get the party poppin’.

I plan to spend a moderate amount of money on a bottle, I don’t drink much alcohol that passes the 20$ mark.

suggest me somethingreal classy 25-45$. No tequila.

Bacardi Superior

grey goose

Makers Mark or Jameson 12 Year. You wont regret either of them

Southern Comfort :expressionless:

Ladies love champagne.
Mix it with some orange juice and you have a well known drink called “Mimosa”
This is a nice champagne, very rich in flavor for about $60 us.
Champagne will range from $6 us to whatever. So pick what you want.

Fireball whisky! tastes like cinnamon hearts.. classy!

You can get A LOT of olde english for that much $$

is it for you, your friends, ladies?

If you wanna play it safe, you can pick up bottles of flavored vodka. On the lowered end ($10-15)you have pinnacle vodka… they make some nice fruity flavors that go well with just sprite. On the higher end ($25-30) you have ‘Three Olives’ vodka. Throw a couple of Jolly ranchers in a few hours before heading out and boom… instant shots. I always bring a bottle of their Bubble Gum flavor to parties; Its so easy for girls to drink… straight.

I say buy 1 of each. Pinnacle to make drinks, Three olives to shoot.

Enjoy your night. Be smart, be responsible, Wrap it up!

The ITALIAN 6pm drink, “spritz” in his club version : some “prosecco” (white wine), Aperol, and vodka.
This is exotic ahah

:joy: That’s called Bucks Fizz in the UK.
Champagnes good but won’t last long. I’d go with Grey Goose or Belvedere with a mixer like Coke or a fruit juice. Ice as well.
Or vodka, lime (cordial, don’t know if you call it that) and soda water is nice. Or Morgan’s Spiced, Coke and freshly cut lime.

This times 1000

Considered this, i like vodka, but only if it’s very good.

Yes, i think I’ve decided I want whiskey. How do these compare to Jack Daniels or fireball? Better? worse? Whats in the 35-45 dollar range of whiskey?

Stuck deciding between champagne and whiskey..

Trust me, got that covered before i even thought about hard A. Although I prefer mickeys.

Everyone is kind of bringing their own bottle(s), not really worried about getting these girls drunk haha.

Whiskey is a taste one must learn, if you haven’t already, keep away from it.

If ladies are in the picture, go for a nice prosecco or white wine. Preferably made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape.

I say bring a bottle of vodka / gin some juices and you’ll have the base for most cocktails .. read up a bit on a few of them before the party.

I like Jack Daniels and could easily down a bottle in a night, but I couldn’t keep down a single shot of an irish whiskey )(Jameson/paddy) etc .. they are VERY different type of whiskeys and not recommended if you aren’t a big drinker.

If you don’t fancy the cocktail route - Champagne is always good (and yes there is enough alcohol in it - bubbles = wooooooo!) a bottle of Moet will be around $30-40 … I actually have a really nice Boxed bottle of Dom Perignon sitting beside me that i’d sell you cheap if you were closer :stuck_out_tongue:

+1

That’s cool, I’ll take the Jameson off your hands. The world needs some balance you know

[/quote] +1 man lol

Makers is like 40 a bottle and is one of the best whiskey’s i’ve ever had and what I usually drink. But Jameson 12 is amazing as well, I just don’t get it as much. If you feel like being super classy then this is what you need…

Ah, everyones being so classy with their drinks…so I will class it up too.

Brass Monkey - drink out the neck on one of those bottles of olde english, and fill it up with orange juice. Tighten the cap, flip the bottle, and drink. It will keep away the scuuuurvy.

Been looking at this. AHHH so many choices.

How does makers compare to Jack Daniels, I really don’t know much about alcohol. But it seems Makers is Kentucky whiskey and JD in Tennessee whiskey, I don’t suppose it would be naive to assume they are similar because those two states are near to each other hahaha…
