soft drops
i hate gridding dubstep tracks with a soft drop
well, i can deal with THAT. but i get pissed when said track has a soft drop AND has a ‘fuzzy’ waveform.
cant get that shit right without using my controller. im getting pissed!!!
grid to the clap, go back to the beginning and drop a grid on the first marker back there, delete first grid. doneee
yeah. i got it, but the waves are hard to read on some tracks. so i have to do it by sound and it gets annoying
at least you dont have to beatmatch it 
and fuzzy waveforms is uaually a sign of a lo quality audio file. even if its “320” it may have been re encoded from 128 or some other inferior file bitrate. OR it could be a shitty vinyl rip, which almost as annoying. ensure your files are of high quality and everyone will have more fun lol.
yeah i know. but the sound isnt bad. so i think its just the song its self. and it was some remix by some random dude i found. im probably never playing the tune anyway but…
mm, if its a random production its probably just poor production work, lack of compression on the kicks etc. I know how annoying that is cause sometimes theres just a damn catchy hook in tracks haha.

That’s what I tend to do with dub, breaks and d&b, just beatmatch.
Or basically any other genre if you ask me.
