Average speeds down here have basically doubled over the last 3 years. Govt. is paying for the whole country to get fibred up to the door, big job tho.

This is usually late at night, when everyone is asleep.
I usually gauge my speed by how fast it can buffer 480P (the starcraft 2 vids i watch on youtube) youtube videos, during the day, i have to let it buffer (takes about 50% longer thatn the length of the video to buffer). Late at night its about 20% more.

my only issue is my lappy getting hot and bitchy when i watch it in 1080.
no buffer issues unless its about to crap out on me from being on the brink of over heating
Half the block is leaching off my guest network right now so it’s a little slow and I had my show today so I’ve reached my cap on the upload which explains why it’s so slow.
