Stems (Traktor Pro 4) and LPD8 MK2??

Hi guys,
I’m going crazy in understanding (if it’s possible) how to map the deck stems (extrapolated from the audio track) with the LPD8 (maybe with the RGB in out).
I need a simple mapping.. 4 pads + 4 knobs per track, and bright feedback…
Disd anyone this mapping?!

What are the CC ID’s of the 8 knobs and their sequence? I don’t own the device.
