Still no e-voucher for TP2
Ive been too busy to constantly monitor it but I just wrote my second ticket to NI about getting the email voucher. Anyone have any ideas as to what I could do to speed the process up? btw I bought the S4 from guitar center on Oct. 29.
have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes the NI emails get sent to that folder. If not I would call them.

Idk if they lost my first ticket or whatever but I sent the new one a couple days ago and would think they wouldn’t be too busy considering TP2 came out 3 weeks ago.
Maybe try calling them.
Tried, US and German Tech and sales all have an automated message saying they are closed for the 24th and will open again on the 25th which doesn’t make sense but whatever. I guess I’m shit out of luck for another week…

I would call and demand some other free product, like a free upgrade to Scratch or something. Have you given your ticket numbers to one of the mods on NI? They can escalate them. You have checked your spam folder correct?
