okay here we go.
i have to say i´m more a bedroomdj than anything else…so some days ago i had i gig at aparty and it was pretty cool. i started spinning at 9 pm and finishedat maybe 4 am. after i think 2 1/2 hours i had to go to the wc…and their i was starting to think: “man what am i gonna do now? drop in a long song (cause it takes long to get to the wc) or ask somebody to spin some minutes for me till i got back…?” after all the thinking i decided to drop in a boys noize remix from aparat - arcadia that spins like 12 minutes and asked a friend of mine to have a look at the stuff…
okay so this is my question:
what the hell is the best thing to do in those situations??? :eek:
WC stands for Water Closet aka Toilet.
If you look on construction plans the toilets are allways marked as WC, well thats the way it is in Australia anyway.
When I really need to take a leak I have no problem disappearing for 10 minutes with a pre-mix os something good. It’s more reliable than the automix function, and I don’t need to worry about something going wrong as much
There are always plenty of beer bottles around me when I gig, so I have no problem doing that, the problem is keeping track of which damn bottle you peed in!
Anyways, jokes apart, ive only done that 2-3 times (Peed in the bottle, not mistaken it for beer!!). But I always bring along a pre-mix of 15 minutes (if the BIG thing should happen, which it never has during a gig knock on wood). Or of course, the 7-10 minute track will do for a quick wee And yeah, have a friend look at your stuff while you are away. Normally, I also have a CD player ready to press play on, if something should happen with the damn laptop (which it never has, so thats ok)
