Hi can you please help me with these:

In the Misc modulation section what does Modwheel, Keytrack, Step Velocity and Aftertouch mean?
Also how exactly does this section work? Like why have they given 2 modulation options under these destinations?

Also next to the piano, on the left what are those to rotors exactly used for? and also what is the pitch bend exactly and also can you tell me how to use it? Like should i automate it or what?

I’m just starting off with this. Thank you.

This misc section is basically for routing. It takes input from a source and uses it to modify whatever is on the list. It’s similar to the LFO compartment except you can get a different source rather than the LFO’s.

-Modwheel is the rotor you are refering to.

-Keytrack is the knob next to the main cutoff knob

-Step velocity should be referring to the velocity of the notes placed in the arpegiator.

-Aftertouch has to do with how you release the played note (doesn’t affect you unless you have a midi keyboard or a controller that detects pressure).

If you plan on using the pitch bending modwheel then yes, you should automate them or map them depending on your DAW.

If I happen to have gotten something wrong feel free to correct me. I’m not good with the vocab part of music production.

Though what does the mod wheel exactly do??

and if one is the mod wheel what is the other one??

and by automating the pitchbending of the modwheel what sort of effect would u get?

Thanx

If im not mistaken, i think you can map the mod wheel to control whatever mod you want it to. The pitch bend just controls the pitch.
