These issues with Plx aren’t dumb… The feedback noise will be problematic even using dvs due to two facts.
- Noise = dvs pitch tracking will be erratic (relative position)
- Bass frec feedback = needle drop (skipping in absolute position tracking)
About the general electronics inside the plx, let me tell you that it is more or less the same design such vestax and up… Even the encoder sensor for speed control. Numark cdx has two encoders throuhgt one axis, one for this the other for vinyl vector movement (accelration and direction)
