Technics 1200 sldz problem with inserting cd

Hi,
Anyone knows what might be causing problem with inserting cd into the Technics sldz1200 slot.
Heres some video:

Please advice.

First things first. Is there already a CD in the player??? Sounds like there might be something stopping that cd going in…

The drive mechanism is stuck.

  1. Press [POWER OFF ON] to turn the power off
  2. Press [POWER OFF ON] again holding down
    [ CD EJECT] to turn the power on, and then release
    [ CD EJECT] after “DZ1200” appears in the display
