It’s a shame that in this day and age, people are still closed minded enough to avoid contact with those different from them so they can open their mind a bit. Even worse for someone that makes a living in dance clubs to feel this way. And finally, it shows his complete lack of ignorance of the history of the music that’s his career.

Oh well, true colors eventually shine through. Hope he enjoyed it while it lasted.

It’s not that he wasn’t a giant asshole before. Just watch a few videos of him explaining how incredibly elaborate and sophisticated his way of making music is, because of his classical music studies bla bla bla. In the end ALL (yes ALL) of his songs (which are nice tunes I have to admit) sound the same. Plus he gets his inspiration from other artists too:

I’ve heard some stories of him playing festivals. He always complains about the crowd being uneducated and vulgar for not understanding the deepness of his music. Plus he tends to talk shit about other DJs too.

imho it is important to not close an eye when there is homophobia/sexism/racism going on in a scene that should be open minded. though sexism is a big part of mainstream edm scene.
