That damn glossy S4
Whose bright idea was it to make the mixer section of the s4 all glossy? I’ve been using the thing maybe for an hour and it’s already all fingerprinted. Call me anal, but this is the type of thing that really bugs me. Anyone else irritated by this? I’m seriously considering getting a skin.

Eh, I’ve put a skin on my MBP and it really wasn’t that bad. As long as you’re careful and use certain tricks like cutting off half of the backing and lining it up so that the whole thing doesn’t stick as you’re aligning it, and applying it in the bathroom after running the shower on hot for a bit so the steam clears out the dust. Need to be careful and you’ll likely go crazy if you’re a perfectionist, but it’s not that bad. All of the holes for the knobs and buttons etc. on the S4 would make it even more simple to line up as well.

I bought the skin from style flip it is a bastard to get on because its vinyl it stretches so i have about 50% looking primo and the rest is ok but i have also been contemplating just cutting it where the gloss meets the mat and just leaving the middle … But i will say this for the skin it does give your s4 character i like it 
The 12inchskinz are not so easy to stretch, but you have to be gental. Mine went on fine, and I made a video for 12inch of the install. It was my first time installing a skin of any sort.
It takes a little time to do it right, the video is sped up and edited some for times sake.

ahaha i completely agree with the OP!!! I hate the glossy surface covered by fingerprints XD
and is pretty hard to clean, cause of all those rubbish knobs all around!
