The best free online audio program?
My old G5 has just danced it last dance and with went my audio editing program, my question what is the best free online audio editing programs? I just something free, easy to use, ultimately I want to be able to add track makers to my mixes. But obviously the more diverse the program the better, Any help greatly appreciated.
How do you set marks in Audacity?
Yep, Audacity does the trick. Not super feature rich, but simple and free!

My issue now is Audacity breaks the mix into separate tracks, how can I upload this to say mixupload?
personally i cant stand audacity..
adobe are now giving away cs2 for free…!

im gonna recommend REAPER + Audacity combo
its a free alternative DAW, it does not have its own wave editor (but non destructive edits are possible within reaper - just so you know), in which the audacity comes to play
Reaper is not actually free but it has unlimited free trial (with a pop up box that hassles you for a few seconds but thats about it)
