The volume fader is dead!!
I have no idea why I bought this “greatest” controller of the year. As you might notice, I got a serious jog-wheel problem when I received it. After several days it disappeared automatically. Today the volume fader of deck D is totally dead, I cannot control the volume of deck D!! My s4 is only for home-use and I even bought a flightcase for it. Does anybody have the solution of this problem? I’m pissed of by NI…
Have you re-calibrated the faders?

Does the fader work in the software with the mouse? Does it do nothing at all when you move the fader? About the only thing I can think of is to uninstall and reinstall the software. If that doesn’t fix it you need to contact NI support.
I already contacted NI and I have two laptops, either win or mac. The fader doesn’t work at all.
