These new ads and new system.
Its a bit rubbish that evertime they change the screen moves up then back down again when the new ad appears 
It does bug me on my iPhone since it cant changs ads fast due to the connection. But on my computer it’s fine.
Ill put them on constant until i can work out how to make the page not shift around.
