its a synth making a particular PAD sound
over that there are two effects if not 4
Filter 1 (with automation) to make it studder. Its called a “GATE” effect using a filter. Just makes it come in and out REALLY fast/
Filter 2 is used to raise the frequency we are allowed to hear so it sounds like its “coming in from nothing”
EQ Im sure the synth sound has a bit of EQ to it to lower the 400Hz area.
MAXIMIZER This is a general term. Its like a compressor / limiter combination to enhance specific frequancies.
If i were to produce that sound, i would have the effects in the order of
EQ
FILTER 1
FILTER 2
MAXIMIZER
im using desktop speakers at work so there also might be a bit of LEFT / RIGHT ducking going on to bounce the sound around a bit and make it sound 3D
Just sounds like a filter to me…maybe a bandpass with automated frequency/width
Oh and a fluttery sounding gate too, like antifmradio said
