is this any good in anyones opinion? looks like a cool bit of kit. says it can run anything, would it handle traktor in a normal way?

yes, it would run traktor. 
not so much curious about the ‘if/can’ more the ‘how’
plenty stuff on there, but not sure how anyone would go about using it for that
I think there is a pretty big market of “i want to use software, but dont call me a laptop dj” people with enough spending power to pick these up.
