to upgrade or not
at the moment i have 2 cdj2000 and 2 cdj 2000 nexus and i djm 900 nexus.
i was thinking about upgrading to nexus 2 should i get rid of the mixer and the 2cdj 2000 and keep the 2000 nexus . will they work well with the nexus 2 or should i just get rid of everything and start fresh ?? or jsut stick with what i got ?

I feel like id want better reasons to go from $10k of gear to $15k of gear.
Especially when all its functions and quality can be replicated on gear costing 1/15th of its price.
Especially the CDJs are not worth an update. They were promoting that player for a better library with touch display and 4 cue-points. Wow. The DJM has got a cool effect-unit with choosable effected frequency but it is not worth the price. Stick to your stuff and maybe look out for different stuff that could be interesting for you.

sell the 2000s and 900nxs, get a pair of 2000nxs2s and a xone 92 and fuhgeddaboudit

What feature advantages are there?
And with that setup the Xone is redundant as it doesnt support any of the Nexus features that you are paying for with the NXS versions of the CDJs.
For the better interface, the hot cues and navigation, lossless support. The 92 for vastly superior filtration and eq…personal preference but I’d take that over a 900nxs with contrived EQ fx any day. Add an isolator to that setup and it would be hard to argue with. I can see the argument for a Rane MP2015 working well here too.
I would only upgrade the 900 NXS2. I don’t think the 2000 NXS are worth going for.
