It’s possible, though so is a coincidence. I doubt it’s actionable. But this sort of thing does happen, probably more often than you would expect. I heard an alt rock band (unfortunately I can’t remember who) on the radio about 10 years ago, being interviewed, laughing about a lawsuit that was filed against them by some band they had never heard of claiming they stole one of their hits from them. The radio station got ahold of the song and the guy from the alt rock band said let’s play the record. The guitar chord progression was exactly the same, and the guy from the band sounded completely caught off guard … he was like “wow, yeah, that’s exactly the same!”
I did some research. Tomie Nevada qiut doing music before 4-5 years. Memory lane, label of original song does not exist anymore. So it is great chance to steal a song like this, because nobody will complain. I have this vinyl at home. It is exactly the same song just Safeas put som percussions and vocal over the top.
Shame on him! I hope it will not stopp on this.
