My first track submission on DJTT…
Housetrack done with Ableton Live 9, Push and some third party plug-ins.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Yes nice groove!
Maybe peppered with some vocal stabs/fx… maybe edited down here and there… 8 mins+ feels a touch long tbh… and a bit more automation on the filter/resonance.
Just my thoughts… Proper decent vibes tho

I have a feeling there won’t be any vocal stabs/fx in there, but I’ll see how I can work the other two tips in there. I think I’ll definitely make at least a second, shorter version.
It’s good to hear I’m heading in the right direction, especially since the first reaction I got on this on djforums.com was that the track was “clumsy and messy”, some of the sounds were cheap and the groove sounded like “forcing a swing beat to go straight”…
