Horrible service has to do with you being hustled out of your money. That’s not the deal here.
Yo! They will get to you as soon as they can, this ain’t Amazon. I dealt with a lot while trying to place an order for the Chroma Caps the other week. BIG system trouble, but, they got back to me and made me super happy in the end. Have patience, enjoy the site and you will be a happier person in the long run.
Why do people always say “not to mention” and then immediately follow that with mentioning THE EXACT THE THING THEY WERE NOT GOING TO MENTION?

Well for starters since I work in customer service changing the topic only adds to how horrible your service is. Secondly if it isn’t a hustle which I never said it was why have you a) not shipped something you have in stock and b) given me a tracking number.
The customer service answer would have been to say we are shipping and here is your tracking number.
No to mention that this is the forum not DJTT customer service which can be reached at orders@djtechtools.com. Then again I often find myself wondering into the local police station and asking why my garlic bread hasn’t been served yet.

It’s not out of the question to expect orders to be shipped the same day for places like Amazon or other big online stores. Waiting a couple of days is pretty normal for me when I order from smaller webs based shops.
Did you log into your account in the store to see if there’s an order status there?

2 days waiting and that’s horrible service..?
I placed an order on black friday, had it by tuesday/wednesday of the following week. I sent in my midifighter for repair, had it back in my hands in less than 2 weeks.
Maybe they’re just taking their time because they don’t like you?
When I order something online I expect it to be at my doorstep in 7-10 days unless I pay for overnight shipping. If you’re only on day 2, you have 5-8 more days.
Honestly, I would say the DJTT Store is top notch, would buy from again, A+++++++ seller.
Maybe they are taking their time because you bitch too much. Nobody forces anyone to shop here, buy at guitar center and get it quick, or buy here and support DJTT. More support means more products. When I ordered my timecodes from NI it took 4 days for me to hear back, and guess what? I still got my timecodes, and in the end don’t really care how long it took. Patience is a virtue dude.

2 Days??? Really? Unless you’re getting expedited shipping, that’s perfectly reasonable. It seems to me that if you order regular shipping, you don’t have an immediate need for the item.

Geez, I was just saying have some patience and trying to sound positive, things sure have nosedived.
As a small business person, we appreciate all the Business and Patience our customers can afford. We cannot keep up with huge life sucking corporations and their money. But, we do our best for our customers whether or not you bitch and complain or give us praise. You are all we have.

i waited 1 month for my order to arrive and then opened the box with only half of what i ordered being in there.
