total dumbass question about 2.5
from what I’ve read and come to understand, all current traktor versions will be rolled into one.
so my question regarding to this is.
Will 2.5 include Scratch capability natively, ie. i have a second hand audio 8 and a copy of tp2, will i now have scratch capability with 2.5 as my soundcard passes timecode?
as i understand it only DUO will be upgraded to PRO. there will still be 2 versions TP and TSP.
You will need to purchase the Scratch upgrade from NI’s site. Like weltraumpapst said, regular Pro and Scratch Pro remain independent products.
so, my current set up.
A Kontrol x1, Audio 8, and TP2 and i still have to buy an upgrade to use scratch.
yet on the website the only way i can buy scratch is with an A6/10 package. (at least that i can find)
there are sometime scratch upgrades in the buy/sell section..
a friend of mine is selling his S4 scratch upgrade kit, which can be used as a normal upgrade kit AFAIK. shoot me a PM and i’ll hook you up..
