Its just that I don’t know how to set it up…did what it says in guide but no luck.
I suppose the flaw is in “make sure both devices are connected to the same network”. Is it simply needed to connect notebook and phone to same router or am I missing something?!?!??!
Does anyone have a rooted device or access to the APK? My apad has nor Market
FYI: Finger Play will send OSC I believe, but doesn’t look as nice as this app.
Played around a bit with this and all I can say is that I can’t wait for the Android version to have the same level of functionality as the ipod/ipad version. Setting up the network was pretty easy, but I really think the best thing about touchOSC for ipad is user-configurable controls. It should be cool as long as development continues. I’m imagining two MIDI fighters and a virtual mixer in between. Tiniest full featured rig ever! Looks sweet too.
Hey!!! Found a solution for using this without router. So if you are going to a gig you don’t need to carry router.
Just install Connectify, as it says it turns your laptop into a router!
By doing that you can connect your phone to laptop directly, and it works gr8!!!
Would make a video, but I broke screen on my Galaxy i7500 so I can’t use it properly…
For what!?!??!
I’m facing problems with phone, it doesn’t support multitouch.
And it has 128mb of ram! Don’t even think about buying samsung android phone, learn from my mistake!!!
Just got an email from the developer. The idea is to get to the same level of functionality as the ipad/iphone version, including as he said, some functionality that can be done on Android but not with iOS! Nice. But the caveat is that the software is donationware. Dev says the best thing to do is to contribute in order to see development continue. Ante up!
