the Emulator was so last week; check out this touchscreen DJ turntable: Multitouch DJ table lets you swipe to rock

Pretty cool though it’s not really practical at current prices I think, but it would be pretty sweet if there were an ipad application emulating one of the turntables in this demo…

Call me old but give me a pair of turntables and a mixer to make me smile. CD players will do the trick too. I still like having something physical to turn, push, drag, etc.. That’s why I’m not into digital mixing desks with virtual channels.
