Can’t find the update thread so I’ll ask here.
I updated to 2.6 for the better eqs and had no issue at first. Now I’m getting a stuttering and it’s really doing my head in because I’m trying to record something. Anyone know what’s causing it? I thought it was just with one track because it kept doing it at the same point just after I’d brought it in, but it just did it with the master track.
I got past that stage in the mix earlier without a problem but I’ve changed it around so need to record again.
Any help appreciated because I want to get this recorded tonight.
Ah ok, I’ll give it a go, cheers. What should I look at changing? It’s ages since I sorted the latency out but remember being told some things should be changed and others left.
Try increasing your latency temporarily to see if it helps. Also, if you’re using an NI audio device, the Control Panel has a System Performance test that can show if something else in your computer is causing a problem. DPClat can do this too.
Not sure, just updated through the service centre. I’ve tried buying the track myself (got the original off my mate) and I think it might have solved the issue. Which is odd because it was definitely Traktor that was glitching and it caused the other track to mess up once as well. The original was fine through itunes too. Very weird.
Anyway, gonna double check it’s stopped doing it so will report back.
