Traktor 212 update

i have tried to do this update but I keep getting this message

"Cannot proceed with this update, because the application cannot be found in the stored installation directory.

If you have manually renamed or moved the application, move it back to its original location, then start this update installer again. Alternatively, use the original full installer to reinstall before using this update installer."

Updating on a macbook.

I haven’t to my knowledge moved any files , any help would be great.

Do I need to reinstall tractor then do the update , will my playlists/beatgrids etc be lost or can i transfer them in after I do it.

Nothing will be lost unless you delete your traktor folder located in /user/documents/native instruments/traktor 2.X.X. Once the reinstall and update is complete, set your root folder to where your actual collection file (collection.nml) resides.

Cheers so download demo , put my serial in then update , then move root direct is this correct.
