Traktor collection not working after switching drives

Hey guys so I did the SSD/Optibay mod and thought I had everything set up properly. Here’s my setup

-Traktor’s root directory is on my main drive (so collection file, stripes, and settings are all on the SSD)

-iTunes music collection is on the internal storage drive

I tried to set Traktor’s iTunes directory to the internal storage drive but the collection doesn’t load any of the tracks. All of these tracks have previously been analyzed before.

What am I missing here. Also i’m on Traktor 2.0.3 and OS X 10.6.8

And how did you do that?

I did a consistency check and then once that finished and it showed me all my missing tracks i hit the relocate button in the menu and pointed it to my internal storage drive, probably a 10 minute fix.
