Traktor Deck Assignment Logic Puzzle

Hey guys,

I’ve recently set myself up with a CMD MM-1 mixer and 2 X1s as my primary set up. Currently the X1s and the mixer are controlling decks A-B-C-D in that order. I would like duplicate the mixer mapping and try out C-A-B-D which should hopefully feel more intuitive as that’s how Traktor lays out the decks on screen. Obviously this can be done by changing each deck assignment for each item in the mapping but there seems to be an easier was to do it.

I have even consulted the knowledge base on the NI site and found the below info:

AB > CD: Switches all assignments from Deck A to Deck C and Deck B to Deck D.
AB > AC: Keeps the assignments for Deck A, but switches the assignments from Deck B to Deck C.
AB > BD: Switches all assignments from Deck A to Deck B and Deck B to Deck D.

Which option or combination of options would I need to use to get the setup I want?

Hi Stewe, Yeah I’ll give yours a try.

Is that the only change you’ve made to it? I’ve modified the behringer mapping to remove the filter knobs and have a 4 band EQ instead… Low budget one 92

Little knobs on the top are your Gain controls. I’ll add another mapping to the package that offers master, phone, mix levels so everyone can decide which style is better.
