Traktor Duo troubles w/Presonus Audiobox USB

I am currently having problems being able to cue up the next song using Traktor Duo. I have a Presonus Audiobox USB interface and run it thru a VCI 100. I’ve tried everything I could think of but just leads me to more frustrating days n nights. I need help

Hey man,
can you look in the preferences settigns in Traktor under ‘Audio setup’? What are the options in the drop-down menu? Which one is selected?

Look under ‘output routing’. Is internal or external mixing selected? You should select internal, and fiddle around with the master and monitor Left and Right settings.
