Traktor Gui layout/ stacked waveforms

Traktor Gui layout/ stacked waveforms

Hey have any of you seen this? I wonder how he did it.

He used SEARCH…on the site!

The original thread is not too old…dig brudda!..DIG!

I always search lol. “Gui” wont work as a search term sadly.

So you did not search on “Layout trick”, like I did?
And found it to be the third in the list…named:

Traktor Layout ‘Hack’ for 13inch Macbook & 2 Decks

Sorry to be a prick…but come on yo…

No i didnt and wouldn’t search under the term “Layout hack” when its called a “GUI”. Sorry for calling something a “GUI” when its called a “GUI” Not being a prick and all.

Thanks for the link.

well MAYBE you should just waste an excessive amount of your life reading every thread that pops up here like I do. Then you’d have known. Jesus, some people.

this

also, GUI, layout, fun colourful graphics that show me stuff… all means the same thing in the end. stop being anal…

I searched:

“OOOOOOOH flashy lights and multi coloured wavy things!”

but nothing came up

with that post sir, you just (kinda) validated my point…

http://www.djtechtools.com/forum/search.php?searchid=1358666

But you LOVE anal!

LOL

it looks like hes just zoomed in at the top left of his screen lol, thats a built in function on macs innit?

LOL…look back at your original post…look at the top of the Youtube Vid…

It says …LAYOUT TRICK.

Thats why I searched using that!

No worries GEEZA…just helping you…while giving you shit!

well… :sunglasses:

Thats exactly what he did…but did it the “REGISTRY” so to say.

He’s tricked Traktor into thinking the screen is much bigger, so instead of just making everything bigger (as zooming would do) all the controls etc are the same size but the waveforms are much longer.

To do something similar on a PC requires 3rd party software. I haven’t pulled the trigger on GiMeSpace yet but I will probably will since it only costs $12.50.

I will post screenshots when I do.

Here are some similar alternatives, for pc users:
