traktor inputs, fx questions
ok folks, I have a weird situation. I plan on grabbing the kaossilator pro when it comes out in a few weeks was trying to figure out how to feed it into my setup. I have the audio 4 DJ, traktor scratch pro, the MF and the vci-100se. Can I hook up the kaossilator to one of the audio4 DJ INPUTS, or will I have to place it between the master out and the speakers?
You can run it into the AUdio4, you just need to assign a deck to Audio Through
so i can set traktor to show the kaossilator? or would it just pass through? i wanted to have it on ch4, if that was possible.
It will just pass the audio through, it won’t recognize it. So you would be playing it and all that would happen is the sounds will come out the other side. It won’t read it as a unit or device.
ok cool, then there’s always option C, the kaossilator pro is also a USB MIDI device, ooooh yea…
Then yeah, you can use it as a MIDI controller.
