Traktor is not Reporting Play count and last played? Any Ideas

Hi

Traktor is not reporting “Play count” and “last played”?

Any ideas why its doing it

I usually have those columns hidden

they all read “000” and “----”

I cant find anything in the options

Can anyone point me in the right direction
