I have been trying to create a custom Mapping in Kontrol X1 based on a few of the excellent Mappings that people have created. Most have been ok to create ( eg VU Meter) but there are two mappings I see to be banging my head against a wall with and would appreciate some help with if poss.
First, I liked the Mapping to “Jump to Track Start” (that Beaubryte mapped to Shift and Cue) as I have too many tracks to have cue points set for all of my library. I can’t seem to find Jump to Track Start in Add In. It seems strange as it is quite a common command in Traktor? I also looked at Beaubryte’s mapping to try and see how he has done it, but could not see how.
Secondly, I wanted to create an LED out to show when Flux Mode is on (and Cue Points 5-8 are active as opposed to 1-4). I am using the LED’s on the cuepoints for the VU meter, so wanted to map an LED out to the Load Buttons to show when Flux mode is on (I have set Primary function of Flux to Cues 5-8 in Kontrol X1 Mk2 Preferences).
Regarding to the first part of your question, that functionality is actually a part of the native mapping.
The command that you’re after is called Seek Position!
Add In > Deck Common > Seek position

Stewe, Just wondering, is the second part not achieveable? I can’t be second guessing which cue points are active 1-4 or 5-8, but equally I would like the VU meter to be running. Any clues?
