Traktor Kontrol S2 Beatjump/select? Knob broken. Help

Sorry if i’m in the wrong forum, i looked around to a lot of different places and decided to come to techtools for help.

Hey, my knob for either beat selection or beat jump (I believe, correct me if i’m wrong) has broken off and i’m not sure what to do to fix it at all. i’ve looked over the internet for multiple things but no one really goes into opening up the controller. even if i were to gorilla glue it back on there i don’t think the toggle function would work. when i push down on where the turn knob was it doesn’t make that 'clicking" sound that the other knobs do when they’re pressed down. Does anyone have any suggestions?

That knob isn’t something you can simply glue on and rock it as before. That Encoder clearly needs a replacement.
I would contact NI support and order some spear rotaries… If you don’t have good solidering skills, than don’t risk getting something else burned out - find some electronics service store in your area and let them replace that knob for you.
