Traktor Kontrol S2 MK II Jog Wheel Problem. Calibrating Problem (Video included)

Hi, i’m new here. So couple days ago i have bought my new Traktor Kontrol S2 MKII. But i have a problem with one Jog Wheel. Right Jog Wheel doesn’t let me scratch like left one. I think everything you can see on the video:

I have read some tutorials on internet and i understand that i should calibrate right Jog wheel. On tutorials they say that i must push jog on 12,3,6 and
9 o’clock. But my calibrating menu is a litle bit different as you can see on video. They only say that I must push “Load” button for 2s but when I did it nothing happened.

Does anybody know sulution of this problem?
