traktor le with sampler software???
hi,
I got a numark mixtrack (not pro) a week ago, with Traktor LE. Traktor only has three effects, and you can’t add any.. i looked at some forums and they suggested sampler software.
does anyone know a way to use traktor with a sampling software.. midi map perhaps..

upgrade to Duo Or pro and you’ll have it directly in traktor. No need to make things complicated…

what you could do is to run a second application who’s allow to launch clips on the fly, like Ableton or else thingy like that.
The only “problem” will be to allow the Mixtrack to be used on 2 software. It can be done using a Virtual Midi cable. MIDI-YOKE and MIDI-OX will do the trick for that.
In Traktor and in the other software you’ll need to specify Midi-Yoke as the MIDI device (Port), and redo the mapping… but LE versions don’t allow that (if my memory serves me well)
OR you could still grab another cheap controller like AKAI LPD8… OR map your keyboard to launch the clips on the other software.
