Traktor Modifier for browse function

Traktor Modifier for browse function

I would like to map an encoder for the browse function.
So far so easy: Select Up/Down (Browser.List)
Now I want to map that same encoder to: Select Up/Down (Browser.Tree) with a modifier. Hold is no deal at all, so I hold the modifier button and I can use the encoder for the browse tree (browser.list value = 0/browser.tree value =1). However, my goal is to toggle that modifier. So I want to press that modifier button and I get into the browser tree and when I press it again, I want to get back into the browser list.

Haha finally I found a youtube video that helped me out. I have to create two modifiers of the came kind and set the modifier conditions right. One needs the value 1 and set value to 0 and the other one the other way around

Good Job :+1:

This is great, why use Standard-Mappings when you can customize everything to your favour  But there is one more thing: My loop move totally works out, but Traktor’s standard mapping have that feature that the loop move is activated when loop is activated, when you release the loop, it jumps back to beatjump. How does that work?

Agree 100%

Woks based on “is in active loop” modifier condition. Then pick corresponding value in the button options.

loop move: Is in active loop > assign to deck > value=1
beat jump: Is in active loop > assign to deck > value=0

Thank you, that’s just what I needed  Works out perfectly.

Awesome mate!

Enjoy
