Traktor Pro 2 reinstallation

I am having problems with my Pro 2 software, it keeps crashing, freezing, glitching. I want to reinstall it completely but when I do, I notice that there are multiple preloaded samples, loops, tracks etc that are missing. I upgraded to Pro 2 via email after I bought my S4 controller about a month ago. I don’t have a hard copy disc of the software, so where can I download it again from?

Like I said, I just want to start over from scratch.

The samples and stuff should be in the Native Instruments folder look for a folder called sounds 2 sample.
