I do not have traktor scratch yet. I thought the upgrade was free b/c there are two different versions of PRO… it does suck if thats why no coupon was sent in mail…but it does make sense since they just dropped the tracktor 3 price down real low a couple of months ago

Edit: I tired the link below and it worked. Ill give the .tsi a run, looks almost like a mirror image to mine excepted i have the filter & monitor cue SE style.

I am about half way through my tsi now,
Notable features,

  • No tempo faders, these now set the loop length. Will probably make this control the jump/move amount as well.

  • Shift function which allows the use of the jog wheel to navigate the track in 16 bar increments, it snaps to the first cue (always first kick for me)
    when you activate the shift button. This way you navigate to the tunes structure rather than just scrubbing through the track.

Rather than just replicating the old tks with its traditional Dj interface I really urge you all to get intimate with the new midi capabilities and functions of Pro from the start.

That way collectivley we can create some really interesting out of this, instead of just recreating T3 with nicer effects.

Coupon for upgrade question

Do you think if I bought Traktor 3 and I already have Traktor Scratch I will be able to get the free upgrade to both or was that only for people that had both registered before Pro was released.

I suggest you contact them. You may get lucky and they can work something out. I know from experience… they made a very nice deal.

I love the new interface the colors just pop out. I also noticed a better audio quality? Im still messing with it more.

for those with SE controllers that are mapping to traktor pro I recommend reading this post on how to use our double filter with their double filter.

Im mapping my vci-300 but when i assign a function to a button the light of the button wont go on?
My vci-300 works with traktor pro without mini.translator btw…

man this sucks I downloaded traktor pro but it don’t let me activate because the I forgot my old password for my old email now I put a new email and it still wont work… F@#$ … I sended couple email’s and still no answer wtf… :rage:
