Traktor Pro - Deck C - VCI-100 Jogwheel problem

I’ve set up a mapping for Traktor Pro for the VCI-100 where I can toggle the controls between decks A & C and B & D.

Everything works fine except for deck C -Traktor won’t recognise the jogwheel if I move it. It notices if I touch it but not if I scratch with it etc.

Anyone know if this is a common problem and does anyone have a way to fix it

Not a common problem, if you can map the jogwheel a deck you can map it to any deck. It’s just a case of you checking that you’ve duplicated the deck a controls to deck c, and your device targets and modifiers are all present and correct.

Strange thing is, all settings are fine. I can map the wheel to deck c it just doesn’t do anything when I move it. I even tried mapping the cross fader to the scratch function for deck c and that wouldn’t do anything either!

It seems to be more a problem with Traktor than the controller

What mode is deck C in (click on the down arrow under the deck letter)

Problem solved! I did have a setting wrong that i’d missed. :disappointed: Trying to sort out mappings at 3:30am isn’t really a good idea I guess!
