Problem with download?
Is anyone else having a problem with their antivirus detecting a threat and deleting the .exe file for Traktor during the installation?
Thats to do with the Themida copy protection that they have used, your virus software is reporting a false positive.
It’s a big old bugger that Themida. It’s got me sticking to Traktor 3.4.1 for the moment.
I dont think the problem will be going away any time soon. Actually this makes Traktor a REALLY good program to go hiding virus’s inside of, as someone spreading virus’s could easily hide a virus within the application and people would be ignoring their virus checkers warnings as the program is known to set off false positives.
Those downloading off unreputable sites should proceed with lots of caution.
