Traktor Pro Scratch upgrade kit question…

I’m thinking about buying the scratch upgrade kit second hand… I image that the previous owner needs to deactivate it before transferring ownership… Is it just that easy or am I gonna regret purchasing a previously owned upgrade?

It’s just the serial number that you need to register, so you won’t have any regrets.
You only need to make sure as you mentioned, that the serial number has been de-registered at native instruments so you can use it for activation.
