Traktor Pro with no FX
Hey ya’ll, so my friend has just gotten Traktor Pro, but there are no FX loaded at all within the program. He is DJing for the first time on Friday and would like some FX. He’s new to DJing so I thought I would help him out and ask you all in the forum. Any idea how he could get FX?

Yeah go into Preferences and in the EFFECTS section and in Effects Pre Selection there is a list (Available Effects) that you can add to the Pre Selected Effects Box.

not meaning to go off topic here, but how has he done that if he’s just got traktor?

@BradCee: well, hes lucky he knows me haha. I have a residency at a venue and I’m having an art opening there with my sister so he’s Djing that
makes sense 
just wouldn’t have been the first time i’ve heard of someone who has only just got some kind of kit and blagged into a club. swear it happens all the time where i live, majority of regular djs are the suck.
however this sounds more reasonable - good luck!!

Yeah I know what you mean man. Luckily I live in a smallish city (university town though) and theres a pretty small DJ community that holds the residencies at the bars and clubs and everyone is very good technically and has great taste in music. Because of this, we the house DJs, have a lot of of say in who plays etc…Not exclusive, but a little bit of quality control!
