Traktor Pro2 Questions

Hi everyone, new to the board. Just got Traktor Pro 2 (been using Traktor LE forever) and a new Denon DN MC6000.

I am not getting the songs to save the beat per minute or even when I ask to analyze the BPM, i get nothing. It does show up when it is loaded up, but it wont save it? What do I need to check or do?

Second question, in LE version, we used to be able to shrink what information was shown about the track/file I really dont want to see release, comments, etc is there a way to close or hide some of that in Pro 2

Don’t know the answer to the first question. As far as hiding track info, go to preferences and you can change what you want to see in the deck details section.

I have looked at every option in there, I do not see deck details anyywhere??

Sorry, I was looking at Traktor Pro, not Traktor Pro 2. Should be under Deck Preferences then.

Yea I found that, and that will change the details while loaded in deck. I am looking to hide or delete the same details in the files/tracks below. Just too much information.

at the top or your track list, right click on one of the words , eg artist and i list will show, select or deselect whatever you do/dont want to see

Are you working off the track collection or out of the iTunes node? You need to work out of the collection.

preferences>decks>deck layout>choose essential.
