Traktor S2 MK3 not working with MacBook

Hey all,

I bought the shiny new Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3. I have installed the Traktor Pro 3 software successfully but I am unable to connect my hardware to the software.

When I plug in my S2 MK3 to my MacBook Pro, the lights switch on for a few seconds and then disappear.
I use setup wizard I am unable to see S2 MK3 option there
In Traktor Pro 3, I go to Settings → Controller Manager and I add Traktor S2 MK3, however nothing happens

I tried getting in touch with NI customer care but haven’t got a response from them yet

Please advise how to activate my S2 MK3 with Traktor Pro 3!!

PS: I am using a MacBook Pro 2016 edition, running Mac OS Mojave 10.14.1

Hi,
Do you have Controller Editor installed on your Mac? Also check the In-Port in the Controller Manager - mapping should be ported to S4 MK3.

I just bought the Traktor Kontrol S2 Mk3 and so I Updated the Traktor PRO 2 to the PRO 3 on the Native Access but when I plug in the USB cable it light up, then lights off and doesn’t work or gets recognized no matter what I do!!! I’ve tried re installing the software.
