Traktor S4 Mk2 Won’t Stay On!! HELP

A little over a month ago, i bought my Traktor S4 Mk2 on Ebay from a very highly rated seller, 30 day money back garuntee. The item had been used extremely lightly. When i got it, the controller worked perfectly with no issues. As of last week
![everytime i turn it on, the lights flash up, then die down. The only light is above the word master and its the light confirming that the controller is plugged in via usb.]!
THe software does not register that it is even plugged in. Please help i have a show in 4 days time.

Bit of a late reply, but my best guess is that there’s something wrong with the internal circuitry.
Your best bet would be to send an email over to Native Instruments, maybe they can trouble shoot the issue.
