Traktor S4 Software to Traktor Pro 2

All,

I posted a support ticket for NI last week and still haven’t gotten a response, so I figured I’d ask you all. How did you get your update to Pro 2 from your S4 software? Did you have to file a ticket? What?

You automatically got an email once you registered via the Service Center. If you didn’t get it, check your Spam folder.

I called them right as I posted this thread. I spent 52 minutes on hold and as the call was being transferred to a rep the call dropped. I’m about to cry. :cry:

Create ticket in registration support, it should help.
If not - go to NI forum, there was a thread about this problem and moderators always helps if support tickets does not.

Another 1 hour and 17 minutes on hold later, they sent me a key for Traktor Pro and a DL link.

Problem solved! I just wish they had better hold times.

Is there a streamlined way to install Traktor Pro 2 over Traktor Pro S4? Do I uninstall S4 software?

You can keep installed both.
