traktor studio sync related settings in traktor pro 2

following comparisons in favour of studio over pro I have checked the studio 3 version.

it is so much easier and more intuitive to play two tracks in sync. some may say it is as automatic as a tracktor - yes, almost. once sync pressed, track should successfully do all the syncing maintenance by itself, especially with4x4 techno material.

even with this disturbance, studio plus mouse wins with pro and fully mapped apc40.
so much more time play with effects, rather than correct messed up syncing.

has anyone made out what settings pro should be given to behave like studio?

how to make the synced deck start playback synced?
how to make synced deck jump to a different position on the track and regain sync instantly?

yes. especially start in beat sync with the rest. pro doesn’t. or something is messed up in my settings.
