Traktor unstable afer adding F1 and Tekkens mapping

Hi there,
I had traktor pro running with an S2 controller, no problems. Now I added the F1 controller and used Tekkens mapping, worked fine for half an hour and after that the CPU load is going crazy. I stopped all other programs, latency at 1024, no multicore support, but no matter what I try, traktor is hanging, songs are played at half tempo, it’s no use. Should I upgrade my RAM memory from 4 to 8 GB or would that be of no help?

Laptop specs?

not a fan…

because Tekken mappings take so much time to load and my computer is older too (2009).

i5 2.5Ghz 4GB is enough for Traktor. Complex mappings can sometimes break the settings in Traktor. When ever this happen just reinstall the Traktor and you should be good.

You could try disabling the tekken mappings and see if the problem goes away?

im using a macbook pro retina 13’ and the tekken map make my traktor be super slow when i open settings… is this normal behavior?
the specs of my macbook are:

2.7ghz intel i5
8gb ram
(early 2015)

That’s fairly new I would just not use his mapping to be honest I have a Mac book Pro with a solid-state drive and 16 GB of RAM and it runs slow for me, as well

I call it a Traktor bug because even if you add 10 empty devices in one TSI Traktor will still hang as those 10 devices were full of mappings. This is an old bug that should be fixed a long time ago…

So just the heads up, this is not to blame on Tekken’s work.
