Traktor volume and crossfader?

everytime i put a new track on the volume level clicks up to full. Also crossfader doesn’t read right hand track when over to right and fades it in when move crossfader left; left track is always on. Any help obviously totally welcome. Thanks for taking the time anyone who bothers to answer.

Sorted out the issue with the volume levels. Simple click of the button. Still working on the crossfader issue.

Sorted out the problem with the crossfader. It is in the decks box in control panel at the top of the screen. Thanks anyway.
